Who we are

Professional Pedicure Session

Muse Pathways is a beauty-led alternative provision supporting young people aged 12–16 who may be struggling in a traditional school environment.

We provide a calm, supportive space where students can rebuild confidence, re-engage with learning, and develop practical skills through a hands-on, real-life approach. Our setting is designed to feel safe, structured, and nurturing, helping students feel more comfortable and open to learning.

We take an individual approach, recognising that every student is different. Through small group learning and consistent support, we aim to help students feel understood, build routine, and make meaningful progress towards their next steps.

Who we support

We support students who may be experiencing challenges within a mainstream school environment, including:

  • Low attendance or school avoidance

  • Anxiety or emotional regulation difficulties

  • Disengagement from learning

  • Additional needs that impact confidence, behaviour, or engagement

All staff at Muse Pathways have experience and knowledge in supporting young people with additional needs, regardless of diagnosis, and are committed to creating a safe, understanding, and supportive environment.

We have a strong understanding of supporting students with ADHD, autism, and AuDHD, particularly around focus, engagement, and emotional regulation.

We take a flexible and supportive approach, working with each student to understand their individual needs and provide a suitable learning environment.
